On January 25, 2019, our company received a decision to order to limit production (Zhu Gaohuan Limit Production Zi [2019] No. 6), and attached great importance to the situation of being monitored and exceeded the standard, and immediately organized a special working group to find out the reasons for the exceedance, study the rectification plan, and require to strengthen management and supervision, implement the follow-up of the responsible person, and actively cooperate with the management of the competent department of environmental protection. The rectification plan is as follows:
Introduction and Classification of Thermosetting Powder Coatings
2018-04-27
The thermosetting powder coating uses thermosetting resin as the film-forming material, and adds a crosslinking curing agent to form an insoluble and non fusible hard coating after heating. Due to the resin used in thermosetting powder coatings being a low degree of polymerization prepolymer with a low molecular weight, the coating has good leveling and decorative properties. Moreover, the low molecular weight prepolymer can form a network of cross-linked macromolecules after curing, resulting in good anti-corrosion and mechanical properties of the coating. Thermosetting powder coatings can be divided into the following types:
China has become the largest country in thermosetting powder coatings
2018-04-27
Since 2004, China's powder coating industry has continued to maintain rapid development. After 2003, the powder coating production ranked first in the world, making this "global number one" hat more firmly worn.
China's first chlorine free fluorine polyurethane foaming agent
2018-04-27
On April 15th, Shandong University of Science and Technology and Futian New Material Technology Co., Ltd. jointly completed the creation project of a new chlorine free fluoropolyurethane chemical foaming agent, which passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation in Beijing. The appraisal committee led by Duan Xue, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Su Yinao, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, believes that this technological achievement is the first at home and abroad, ranking the international leading level, and will play a significant role in promoting the substitution of chlorofluorocarbon foaming agents in China.

Overview of Fine Chemical Industry
The reason why epoxy resin floor paint is commonly used by construction teams is because of it!
2018-04-27
Epoxy resin floor paint not only can prevent dust and moisture, but also has strong adhesion, flexibility, impact resistance, and good wear resistance. Therefore, it is widely used in the ground coating of factories such as electronic factories, mechanical manufacturing factories, hardware factories, pharmaceutical factories, and automobile manufacturing factories, and provides excellent performance for the production of various enterprises. Epoxy resin refers to organic polymer compounds with two or more epoxy groups in their molecules, and their relative molecular weight is not high, except for a few.
