For example: dry-type transformers, transformers, insulators, supports, bushings, switches     一、配比   9400A:9400B=100:100   二、预烘   A、B料料60℃-65℃/4-5h   三、预搅拌及真空脱泡(针对瞬时静态混合工艺)   A组份真空搅拌脱泡70~75℃/1-2h,真空度50-200Pa   B组份真空搅拌脱泡50~60℃/1-2h,真空度50-200Pa   四、混料搅拌   63℃-67℃/30-45min,真空度50-200Pa   五、模具预烘   100-110℃/4-5h   六、浇注室   75℃-80℃真空度50-300Pa工件温度75-80℃   七、浇注   浇注时间控制在1.5~2小时以内(从混料开始计时),注意流速控制,约1.5公斤/分钟,观察气泡,因混料放热反应,终混罐温度控制在60℃-65℃以内。   浇注完毕后,在温度75℃-80℃,真空度50-200Pa的浇注室内直空保压30-45分钟后出罐进入固化程序。   八、固化工艺:80℃/6H+100℃/4H+130℃/6H   注意事项   1、流量控制一般为人工操作,根据包的大小对流速进行严格控制,一般控制为约1.5公斤/分钟,避兔气泡沉积。   2、浇注罐的真空度应大于混料罐真空度约50Pa   3、根据季节变化,应控制好工件的出炉温度,防止开裂。   4、工件出罐后应迅速进行清洗工序   5、观测工件固化液面变化,及时补料   6、对简易模具应注意误差控制   7、建议选用优质脱模剂以保证脱模效果   包装   A组分:25kg/桶,B组分:25kg/桶   储存条件   产品应密封在原包装容器内,存放于干燥通风的地点。在18-40℃环境中,保质期为6个月。如超过保质期,需经过分析后才能确定是否仍然有效。   受储存条件影响,本产品在存放过程中可能会出现少量沉淀,属正常现象,搅拌均匀后可以正常使用。

4、 Mixing and mixing

7、 Pouring
The pouring time should be controlled within 1.5-2 hours (counting from the start of mixing), pay attention to the flow rate control, about 1.5 kilograms per minute, observe bubbles, and control the temperature of the final mixing tank within 60 ℃ -65 ℃ due to the exothermic reaction of the mixing material.
After pouring, maintain the pressure in a pouring chamber with a temperature of 75 ℃ -80 ℃ and a vacuum degree of 50-200Pa for 30-45 minutes before exiting the tank and entering the curing process.
8、 Curing process: 80 ℃/6H+100 ℃/4H+130 ℃/6H
matters needing attention
1. Flow control is generally manual operation, and the flow rate is strictly controlled according to the size of the package. It is generally controlled at about 1.5 kilograms per minute to avoid bubble deposition in rabbits.
2. The vacuum degree of the pouring tank should be about 50Pa higher than the vacuum degree of the mixing tank
3. According to seasonal changes, the discharge temperature of the workpiece should be controlled to prevent cracking.
4. After the workpiece is discharged from the tank, the cleaning process should be carried out quickly
5. Observe the changes in the solidification liquid level of the workpiece and replenish the material in a timely manner
6. Pay attention to error control for simple molds
7. It is recommended to use high-quality release agents to ensure the release effect

Storage conditions
The product should be sealed in its original packaging container and stored in a dry and ventilated place. In an environment of 18-40 ℃, the shelf life is 6 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, analysis is required to determine whether it is still valid.
Due to storage conditions, this product may experience a small amount of precipitation during storage, which is a normal phenomenon. After stirring evenly, it can be used normally.
