7. Pouring
The pouring time is controlled within 1.5~2 hours (from the start of the mixture), pay attention to the flow rate control, about 1.5 kg/min, observe the bubbles, due to the exothermic reaction of the mixture, the temperature of the final mixing tank is controlled within 60°C-65°C.
After the pouring is completed, the pouring chamber with a temperature of 75°C-80°C and a vacuum of 50-200Pa will be held in direct air for 30-45 minutes, and then the tank will be discharged and the curing process will be entered.
8. Curing process: 80°C/6H+100°C/4H+130°C/6H
Precautions
1. The flow control is generally manual operation, and the flow rate is strictly controlled according to the size of the package, which is generally controlled to about 1.5 kg/min to avoid rabbit bubble deposition.
2. The vacuum degree of the pouring tank should be about 50Pa greater than the vacuum degree of the mixing tank
3. According to seasonal changes, the furnace temperature of the workpiece should be controlled to prevent cracking.
4. The workpiece should be cleaned quickly after it is out of the tank
5. Observe the change of the curing liquid level of the workpiece, and replenish the material in time
6. Attention should be paid to error control for simple molds
7. It is recommended to choose high-quality release agent to ensure the release effect

Storage conditions
The product should be sealed in the original packaging container and stored in a dry and ventilated place. In an environment of 18-40°C, the shelf life is 6 months. If the expiration date is exceeded, it will need to be analyzed to determine if it is still valid.
Affected by storage conditions, a small amount of precipitation may occur during the storage process of this product, which is a normal phenomenon, and can be used normally after stirring evenly.
