According to the relevant provisions of the national statutory holidays, combined with the actual situation of the company, the following arrangements are made for the upcoming May Day holiday:
1. holiday time
May Day holiday arrangements in 2024: from May 1, 2024 (Wednesday) to May 5, 2024 (Sunday), a total of five days. During this period, all departments of the company need to ensure that customer production operations and services are not affected. In addition, due to holiday adjustments, April 28 (Sunday) and May 11 (Saturday) should be regarded as normal working days. The extra holidays will be calculated as annual leave.
2. work arrangement and matters needing attention
All departments and branches should make work arrangements in advance according to the actual situation of customers to ensure smooth production and service during the May Day. All departments should make overall arrangements for staff leave and work handover to ensure the continuity of work. Be sure to conduct a comprehensive safety inspection before the holiday to ensure that the power is turned off, the doors and windows are locked, and the company's property is safe. At the same time, all employees are requested to keep communication unblocked in order to deal with emergencies. On-duty and overtime arrangements shall be reported to the personnel department of the company in advance.
3. special plant arrangement
For Tongnan and Bishan factories, the holiday arrangement is decided according to the production demand of the order to ensure that the production progress is not affected. Please coordinate and arrange the person in charge of the two factories according to the actual situation to ensure production safety during the holiday.
4. Subsidiary Arrangements
Zhuhai Rixing and Anhui Yuhu subsidiaries can decide on their own holiday arrangements according to their own operating conditions. The heads of the two subsidiaries are requested to make reasonable arrangements according to the actual situation of the company to ensure the smooth operation of the company and the rest rights of employees.
5. employee care
