岗位职责及任职要求:
1、本科或硕士学历，高分子材料、有机化学方向;
2、负责环氧树脂、聚氨酯新产品技术研发及样品试制工作;
3、协助质量部门处理生产过程中出现的技术问题，提出解决方案并协助实施;
4、对公司相关部门提供技术服务支持。
薪资福利待遇:
1、试用期(3个月)薪资标准:本科:5-8K，硕士:8-10K
2、转正后5年内平均基本年薪(本科12万/硕士18万)+年终绩效奖金。
3、公司按国家规定缴纳社会保险;
4、公司提供单间配套宿舍；
5、周末单休;朝九晚五，每月15日发薪。
